As junior software engineer you will be part of the engineering team which focuses on the core of the Akamai CDN technology. Your focus will be on CDN Performance, offloading and Edge Compute capabilities of our
platform.
Our main challenge domains are: Performance, Offloading and Edge Compute
As a Junior Software Engineering, you will be responsible for:
Take active participation in projects from research stage, via design, development, and testing till (including) enablement of the new functionality in production
Working close with other team members and other stack holders to achieve best CDN performance in the market

Have B.Sc. in computer science
Have knowledge / experience in C++ development.
Have knowledge / experience in multi-threaded and object oriented programming.
Have knowledge / experience working with Linux operating system.
