What is the job
IronSource Luna is seeking an Client Growth Manager to grow business revenue from existing customers.
Reporting to the VP EMEA, this role is highly cross-functional, where youll work with talented peers across the company including sales, customer success, solution engineering, and product. As
a member of the Luna sales organization, you will build deep and meaningful value-based relationships with both your CS counterparts and your client portfolio, by learning about their business objectives and KPIs. Leveraging a combination of charisma, data,
and strategy, youll utilize consultative sales techniques to help your clients to expand their product usage across the IronSource portfolio in terms of both range and volume.
Responsibilities
Driving revenue globally through existing client partnerships.
Developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, managing client development programs, and creating playbooks to scale product sales
Strategically positioning our products and solutions to closely align with clients corporate objectives and KPIs.
Becoming an expert on IronSources complete product offering and working closely with the Sales, CSM, Solution Engineering, and Product Management to grow customer revenue
Balancing resourceful outreach with data-driven focus, tracking success through KPIs.
Initiating and attend customer meetups, industry events, and other meetings to deepen relationships, becoming a critical voice and evangelist among clients.

3+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management roles at technology companies preferably mobile/app centric.
Ability to flourish in a collaborative, fast-paced, international work environment
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Display humility and effective team collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal and written) both with internal team and external clients
Experience with Salesforce CRM, Looker, and marketing automation tools
Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising and marketing eco-system
