What is the job
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our amazing Business Application team at IronSource, which is growing all the time.
You will manage and implement various wide Salesforce projects, among them Marketing automation, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Communities
Responsibilities
Full responsibility of process: requirements specification, project management, monitoring performance, and implementation of process
Provide end to end solutions in the Salesforce system
Ability to work independently and motivate organizational processes
Take part in training end-users and working with multiple parties in the organization

BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience- A must
Proven experience in implementing and customizing the Salesforce platform -A must
Team player, good interpersonal relations, highly motivated, passionate for quality
Good English skills (Verbal and Written)
Advantage
An experience in defining, analyzing, characterizing and improving cross organizational business processes- an advantage
Knowledge in lightning experience, Service Cloud, SF Community -Big Advantage
