About The Role
• This is a quota-carrying position
• Own the full sales cycle, from managing new inbound leads until deal closure,
while Identifying expansion opportunities, building relationships with key
stakeholders, and negotiating and contracting.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com solution and connect
that knowledge directly to customer ROI
• Act as an escalation point-of-contact for relationship and commercial issues
• Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers
maximize the value from the monday.com solution

Your Experience & Skills
• 2 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company
• Native German speaker and Fluent English - must.
• Experience in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
• Track record of success and overachievement
• Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while
maintaining a strong consultative selling approach.
• Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet
deadlines
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish
credibility with executives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Additional languages – advantage.
• Self-starter, energetic, adaptable, inquisitive, and excited to work in a start-up
environment.
