About The Role
• Build an online community to support our growing monday.com users.
• Monitor the community's success in terms of the overall strategy and explicit
KPIs.
• Grow the number of active users in the community.
• Identify thought leaders, opinion makers to build meaningful connections and
engage community members through an ongoing discourse and messaging.
• Contribute to creative processes as part of the initiative.
• Support the community and assist its members with answers to questions.
• Take part in moderating the online community (removing spam, unnecessary
tags, etc).
• Empower new and existing members of the community.

Your Experience & Skills
• Proven experience in building a thriving online community
• Experience in defining community management strategy, KPIs, and goals to grow
audience and engagement.
• Outstanding organization skills; ability to effectively manage and prioritize
multiple requirements and projects.
• High execution skills: ability to take things from ideas to actions quickly.
• Excellent writing skills in English and overall communication skills.
• Experience working in a startup environment - advantage.
• Familiarity and understanding of the American mentality and culture - advantage.
• Familiarity with other social platforms - Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc. -
advantage.
• Independent and able to take ownership of new projects and endeavors.
• Engaging, tech savvy. understands the value of online presence for brand
recognition.
• Someone strategic and well spoken.
