Job Description:
We are seeking a Jr. Project Manager to help us with the ongoing work in Israel and the EMEA
operations. This position includes management of custom furniture projects in the EMEA region: design,
production, logistics and installation. As a Jr. Project Manager, you will manage your projects’ execution
from contract signing to final delivery, overseeing all projects tasks. You will build relationships with
clients and monitor projects’ budget & profitability. You will get into the details of product descriptions and
sketches, to ensure every project is finished on time, on budget, and to spec.

Responsibilities:
● Manage projects End-to-End, from sales process to final delivery.
● Review, analyze and assess customer needs, and provide top-notch service.
● Handle, optimize and oversee project related logistics (e.g. package labeling, packaging,
international shipments, custom handling, logistics/duty rates, shipment tracking and delivery
follow-up, etc.)
● Handle, optimize and oversee project related purchasing (e.g. sample handling, service rates,
cost negotiating, purchase order issue, purchasing information, wire transactions, client invoicing,
etc.)
● Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internally & externally (suppliers, logistics etc.)
● Supervise project progress during production in Asia, shipment & delivery.
● Solve problems, create risk analysis and alternative plans to improve the project scope.
● Assist the company’s senior management in different Projects tasks
● Assist in maintaining an organized soft-copy file system according to company policies/guidelines
(e.g. network files & folders on the databases)
● Organize and maintain company’s hard-copy file system (printouts organized in binders,
services\products catalogs, etc.)
